Redman Lemon Yellow Colour Paste is a concentrated semi-gel food colouring designed for bakers who want strong colour development with minimal usage. A very small amount is sufficient to create a vivid Lemon Yellow tone, helping to enhance the look of cakes, pastries, desserts and confectionery without altering taste or texture.

This colour paste is natural-identical and provides consistent colour payoff every batch. Because it is semi-gel format, it blends smoothly into buttercream, whipped cream, icings, meringues, cake batters, macarons, rolled fondant and chocolate work. It is suitable for home baking, professional kitchens, café production and custom cake shops that require repeatable colour consistency.
