AB Mauri Baking Powder is a dependable, economical, high-quality chemical leavener used for bakery products. This is a double acting baking powder which contains two different types of acids that react at different stages of baking — one when mixed with liquid and the second when heated in the oven. This controlled, balanced reaction creates proper aeration, excellent grain, volume, crumb color and light fine texture in baked goods.

This product is aluminum-free and is recommended for use in cakes, donuts, biscuits, cookies, snacks, steam buns, pretzels and a wide variety of chemically leavened baking products.
